Short and sweet
After running up and down hills last night, I was looking forward to an easy run today.
My plan was for a 40 min run (apx 8-9km). My actual run was 33 min (apx 6km).
Oh, I forgot to mention my monthly total for May was 128km!!!
Oh, and one last thing; I received my race number for the 'Run to the G' yesterday - not long to go now.
Well that’s all until Sunday, when my plan is for a 13km run.
Time for sleep…
